What is Pottage? Pottage is an old fashioned simple cookery that not only fed the family, but also the family pet. The term pottage or porridge are often interchangeable, and can be traced back many centuries. Pottage means ‘of the pot’ and can be collectively described as a soft food, or thick soup or stew, made by boiling a meal of grains or vegetables/legumes, often containing meat, in milk or water until thick.
Canine Cottage Pottage is pure and simple dog food made from a blend of all natural and organic ingredients that includes a variety of animal proteins, grains, fruits and vegetables, with spices and herbs, and gently cooked in its own broth. |
